You can retrieve data in many ways: job number, any part of a job number, employee, vendor or customer name, and you can sort by time periods and job types.

You can maintain multi-company files on your system.

You can define many levels of user access limits for viewing, data entry and report generating.
For example, you can restrict one person to data entry on a limited number of screens, or you can allow unlimited viewing access but limit data entry. You can restrict access to one or some of the company files on your system. You can designate your own System Administrator to assign passwords that control access levels.
