Commercial – Apple HQ, Cupertino, CA
Apple’s new campus in Silicon Valley is nearly a mile in circumference. It’s home to more than 9,000 employees. The unique circular shape makes the most of sunlight for the most employees and provides a private park in the middle for employees to enjoy. The $5 billion project also features a rare earthquake ready foundation that makes the building more resilient in these frequent natural disasters.

Culture – African American Museum, Washington DC
African American Museum, located on the National Mall in Washington DC, features an award winning design that represents a variety of distinct elements from Africa and the Americas. The design and construction of the building incorporates sustainable features leading them to gain a LEED Gold Certification for their energy saving measures.
Education – Ray & Maria Strata Center at MIT, Cambridge, MA
Ray & Maria Strata Center at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology has a striking design that challenges traditional building standards. When the building first opened, Pulitzer Prize-winning critic Robert Campbell wrote in the Boston Globe that the building is "a work of architecture that embodies serious thinking about how people live and work, and at the same time shouts the joy of invention."
Residential – Beekman Tower, New York, NY
The Beekman Tower has been a landmark in New York City since it was first built in 1929. It’s location in Turtle Bay on Manhattan Island is just blocks away from the United Nations, making it a destination for diplomats and professionals from all over the world, who now call New York City home. The Tower’s current design combines the best of the 1920’s glamor and modern, state-of-the-art finishes and amenities.
Stadiums – Yankee Stadium, Bronx, NY
There is nothing more representative of New York City than the iconic Yankee Stadium. The New York Times architecture critic Nicolai Ouroussoff said, “Yankee Stadium is the kind of stoic, self-conscious monument to history that befits the most successful franchise in American sports.” The modern stadium, located just a block away from the original, pay homage to the past while incorporating state-of-the-art finishes and amenities. Yankees Chief Operating Officer Lonn Trost told USA Today, "We consider this whole building to be a museum, …a living museum not just to the Yankees but baseball in general."
